Find answers about GOULY products, smart control, installation, troubleshooting, warranty and project support.
Check the first light that begins to blink, as the issue may be caused by a loose connector, an unstable data signal or voltage drop.
For installations using a long extension cable, a compatible signal amplifier may be required. Long lighting runs may also require additional power injection. The correct injection distance depends on the system voltage, cable size, power supply capacity and total number of lights.
Confirm that the IC type, RGB color order and operating voltage selected in the controller settings match the connected lights.
Also check the connectors, data direction and power supply. If the settings and wiring are correct, restart the controller and update its firmware through the appropriate GOULY app.
Check whether the power supply is stable and correctly sized for the total lighting load. Inspect the cables and connectors for loose, damaged or wet connections.
Also check whether the controller has restarted or entered protection mode. Disconnect power before inspecting wiring, and contact a qualified installer if the problem continues.
